A named member of our team is assigned to your flight. On arrival they meet you as you come off the aircraft, walk you through the terminal by the shortest route, handle border control with you where it applies to your flight, collect your bags from the belt and take you out to your car, driver, train or taxi rank.

On departure it runs the other way: met at the kerb, bags taken to check-in, through security and border control with your paperwork in our hands, and walked to your gate or lounge. On a same-day connection we meet the inbound aircraft and deliver you to the onward gate, including the Terminal 2E satellites and the 2G shuttle.

Someone is waiting at the aircraft with your name on a board, before the walk down into the terminal — which at CDG can be a long one, and is where people most often lose their bearings.

From there you are walked through by the short route, your border control is handled with you if your flight arrives from outside the Schengen area, your bags are collected for you, and you are taken out to whatever is meeting you. You are not on your own at any point between the aircraft door and the exit.

Yes — it is a service in its own right here, called Same Day Transit / Connection in the booking form, and it is one of the most-booked things we do in France.

It exists because connecting at Charles de Gaulle is genuinely difficult to do cold. Terminal 2E's L and M halls are separate satellites reached by an airside train past security. Terminal 2G is only reachable by shuttle bus, 30 to 40 minutes away from 2E or 2F once checks are included. And the train between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 runs outside the secure zone, so that connection means clearing security a second time. We meet your inbound aircraft, take you the right way, handle transfer security and border control with you, and walk you to the onward gate.

If you are arriving from outside the Schengen area — from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, the Gulf or anywhere else outside Europe — you clear French border control at Charles de Gaulle, Orly or Nice.

Since 10 April 2026 the EU's Entry/Exit System has been fully in force across all Schengen countries. It replaces passport stamping with a digital record, and on your first crossing a facial image and four fingerprints are taken. That record lasts three years, so you are not re-enrolled on every trip. Children under 12 are not fingerprinted, and there is nothing to apply for in advance.

It is an extra step at the border and waits of more than an hour have been reported at Paris at peak times this year. If you have booked arrival meet and greet, someone is with you from the aircraft through the whole of it.

Not today. ETIAS, the EU's advance travel authorisation for visa-exempt visitors, is not yet in operation. The European Commission has removed its previously published start date and says it will give several months' notice before launch. Anyone charging you for an ETIAS right now is not legitimate.

What you do need on a US, UK, Canadian or Australian passport is a passport issued within the last ten years and valid for at least three months beyond the date you leave the Schengen area, and to stay within 90 days in any 180. One thing worth knowing: France has reintroduced temporary checks at its internal Schengen borders until 31 October 2026, so carry your passport even on a flight from within Europe.

At Charles de Gaulle, all of them: Terminal 1 and its seven boarding satellites, every hall of Terminal 2 from 2A through 2G — including the K, L and M halls of 2E and the detached 2G satellite — and Terminal 3.

Yes. Tell us where you're going and how many are travelling when you book and we'll add a private vehicle waiting for you at the exit. If you already have a transfer or a driver arranged, we hand you straight over to them instead.

Worth knowing this summer: major engineering works on the RER B mean journeys between central Paris and Charles de Gaulle are running considerably longer than usual, with reduced evening services into December 2026. A car booked in advance takes that out of the equation.
